10 Deads Lifts (185/125)
5 Med Ball Sit-Ups (30/20)
Partner 3 and 4
7 AMRAP
125m Row
5 Burpee Box Jumps
10 D-ball over shoulder (100/70)
5 Ring Dips
Partner 1 and 2 will do the first Amrap while partner 3 and 4 do the second. After the 7 Minutes they will switch Amraps. Once both have been completed all 4 will rest 3 minutes and complete 100 Power Snatches for time. (95/65)
Score Will be completed full rounds of AMRAP and Total Time for Snatches.
