The Age Group Online Qualifiers have begun! Our own Lindsay Winn has qualified once again and will be completing 4 WODs over the weekend and we are going to program one of the workouts tomorrow in support! Good luck Lindsay! You are truly an inspiration of hard work and dedication.

WORKOUT 4
Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:
9 handstand push-ups
6 bar facing burpees
3 snatches

VARIATIONS
Ages 16-17 and 35-54: Men snatch 165 lb. Women snatch 115 lb.
Ages 14-15: Boys snatch 115 lb. Girls snatch 80 lb.
Ages 55+: Men snatch 115 lb. Women snatch 80 lb.

20 Deadlifts 165/115
100 Meter Run

AMRAP per round

Partner A- rows for distance
Partner B- 200m farmers carry (53/35)
