Welcome to Partner Week!
We will be mingling in CrossFit Regional workouts within this week in preparation for this weekend’s South Regional!
This is also bring a friend free week! Invite a friend to come in with you and enjoy CrossFit The Point’s atmosphere and get them primed to join us during the July special or get them in on the ongoing special for new members.

For time:
50 handstand push-ups
50 toes-to-bars
50-cal. Assault Bike
50 dumbbell box step-overs
50-ft. right-arm dumbbell overhead lunge
50-ft. left-arm dumbbell overhead lunge

-Partner rows 200 Meters. Switch and begin workout where partner left off.-
Dumbbells 50/35; Box 24/20

10:30 AM Bootcamp
Warmup:
400m run
then
2 rounds
30 air squats,
20 m frog jumps,
20 pass throughs
Workout:
3 rounds per station with an 800 m buy-in and 800 m run between rounds
Station #1:
25 Cal row
30 DB squat cleans
30 DB burpee jump overs

Station #2:
25 Cal row
30 DB shoulder to overhead with a squat
30 DB triceps kick backs
