Today’s Partner WOD Inspired by:

Team EVENT 2

4 rounds for time of:
200-m run (pairs)
25 synchro chest-to-bar pull-ups (pairs)
10 Worm clean and push presses (team)

We don’t have a worm and I’m not sure I want to see our attempt at synchro anything! So here is what we will be doing:

CFTP Partner WOD
4 Rounds
200 Meter Run together
50 Pullups (Broken up any way you’d like; One partner working at a time)
10 Clean and Jerks 185/125 (Broken up any way you want)

Partner Spartan WOD
Accumulate 3 Miles on the Run

Working Partner:
50 Strict Pullups
1000 Meter Ski
1000 Meter Row
50 Burpees
*One partner will run while other works. You choose the distance to run while other is working. When partner returns, partner switches where working partner finished.  I.e Partner 1 runs 200 meters,  working partner begins. When Partner 1 returns, working partner then runs a distance while running partner works.
If you finish the run or the work early, both then begin to chip away at what is left with only one partner working at a time.
