Today we will be taking portions of Regional 2018 Individual WOD #1 and #2 which will both be on this coming Friday at The Salt Palace!

Partner WOD
1 Mile Run (1600 Meters)
3000 Meter Row
55 Squat Cleans 145/105
1 Mile Run (1600 Meters)
300 Double Unders
55 Deadlifts 295/220
1 Mile Run (1600 Meters)
*You and your partner will work from the top to the bottom. You will start with the Run and the row… One partner at each movement. You will switch off as needed. Once you finish one of the movements then you will move onto Squat Cleans. Once you finish another movement, you will move down the list to the next movement.
I.E. Me and my partner finish the run but have only hit 2000 meters. We will continue to row and the other partner will begin the Squat Cleans. If we then finish the row we will then move onto the second run. This would mean that the two of us are working on Squat Cleans and run until we finish one of these movements. Then we will start chipping away at the run.
IF YOU FINISH EVERYTHING BUT THE RUN, YOU MAY BOTH WORK ON THE RUN TO FINISH THE WORKOUT.

Spartan Partner WOD
Do the above WOD but substitute Squat cleans for 800 Meter KB farmer carry 53/35 and the deadlifts for Double KB Deadlifts 53/35
