One Partner works on Assault bike (Calorie = 1 point)

Non-biking athlete chooses one of the movements to gain additional points for their team:
Pullup = 1 Point
Muscle Up = 5 Points
Pushup = 1 Point
Handstand Pushup = 2 Points
Situps = 1 point
T2B = 2 Points
Ground to overhead 75/55 = 1 point
Wall Ball 20/14 = 1 point
Thruster 75/55 = 2 Points
Cal row = 1 Point
200 Meter run = 10 points

One partner is always on the assault bike. Switch as needed.
