Strict press:
*go as heavy as possible without failing
*1 sec pause at the top of every rep
*rest as needed btw sets

For time:
Run 800 Meters
then 2 rounds of:
75 Double Unders
15 Push Press 115/75 *1 sec pause at the top of each rep

Spartan Option:
3 Rounds
800 Meter Run
20 Burpee Broadjumps over 6’/4′ mats
10 D-Balls over the shoulder 70/50
5 Bar Muscle Ups
