20 DB walking lunges (20’s/35’s at your sides)
10 DB Stationary lunges (right)
10 DB Stationary lunges (left)
20 BW jumping lunges
*for the stationary lunges keep your feet in the lunge position. Touch back knee to the floor then lock out the front leg, keep feet apart throughout entire movement.
