150 Burpee Pullups
10 Mile Run
How it works: One athlete will be left inside to complete burpee pullups. The other 3 athletes will run 200 meters. When they return, one athlete from the running group of three will replace the athlete inside and continue where he/she left off. You’ll rotate through your athletes until the burpee pullups are complete. Then finish off the 10 miles together… Whatever is left. If you finish the run as a group first then you will finish off the burpee pullups together until it is complete.
At the end of the workout your team will have completed 150 burpee pullups and 10 miles of running.
