Team Baseball (3 person teams)
20 MINUTES

1 Round = 1 run
First Base: 10/8 Cal Row
Second Base: 10 Hang Power Cleans 95/65
Third Base: 10 D-Balls over the shoulder 70/50
Home: 10 DB Farmer Carry Lunges 50/35

*One partner will start on first base. Once complete with the row, Partner 1 will bear crawl between bases. Once partner one reaches second base, Partner 2 can begin first base while partner 1 completes second base. (Same goes for partner 3…) If a teammate catches up to another teammate then both can work on the same base but only one partner can work at a time. Once a partner gets done with 2nd base… Move onto 3rd base. The goal is to score as many runs as possible in the 20 Minutes.

After the 20 minutes, rest 5 minutes
THEN:
As a team of 3 complete as many Calories on the bike as possible in 6 Minutes
