16 Cal assault bike
24 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches 50/35

and finish with:

1000 Meter Row

*the rows are only before and after the 4 rounds. One person working at a time.*

Team Vs
In 2 teams accumulate as many points as possible in 6 Minutes
Rope climb = 1 point
10 Cal Ski erg = 1 point
5 Burpees = 1 point
*Only one working on each station at a time but 3 teammates can work simultaneously on the movements.
