Both these WODs will be at WODsomniac this coming Friday and Saturday! I’ve modified them for the individual. Everyone should make their way out to CrossFit OUR to watch our 3 teams compete!

Thruster Ladder
6 Minute AMRAP
5 Reps at each weight
When athletes get to the final bar they will spend the remaining time as an AMRAP of thrusters.

Guys- 95/115/135/155/185
Girls- 65/75/95/105/125

Score= Total Reps

WOD
AMRAP 8
10 Bar Facing burpees
5 squat cleans (205/145)

2 min switch and change weights

10 squat cleans (135/95)
