New Year’s Eve Schedule = Regular morning hours! Gym is closed from 10:30 AM on.
New Year’s Day Schedule: I will be doing Murph at 7:30 AM (You are more than welcome to come and do Murph with me.) The regular gym hours will start at 9 AM.
Class times: 9, 10:30 and noon for Murph!

*You choose the barbell weight and work through the following movements. Goal is to accumulate as much weight as possible in 17 Minutes. Weight stays the same for all movements in each round. You can change your weights each round.*

15 Deadlifts

10/7 Cal Bike Separate each round

Scoring example:
First Round = 135
Second Round = 135
Third Round = 155
Fourth Round =115
Fifth Round = 135
Score = 675 Pounds (All completed rounds added up)
