I am pretty pooped after the weekend so I am going to keep this Sunday Spotlight short and plan to do a bigger one about the competition next week.

I was telling the volunteers this but I cannot believe how willing you all are to help out with your free time. It amazes me and I am so grateful for everyone who helped out. It was a long couple of days and we couldn't have done it without each and every one of you. So thank you! I wish I could do more to express my gratitude.
This week's programming
I just got finished creating this week's programming and I think it's going to be a lot of fun.... Challenging but fun.
Let's start our December off right and get in tomorrow for a workout.
