Murph 2023
Tomorrow is the day! We have been preparing for this for weeks and it is finally here. It is going to be a blast. Classes will be 7 and 9 AM!
Like always, I want to assure you that we will have different levels to complete Murph at. No need to be intimidated by the task. Come and let's get a good workout in as we remember the fallen heroes who have sacrificed for us to be safe.
Tomorrow's event is free for everyone! So please invite your friends to come and hang out. They can do a lower level version of the Murph or come and eat and hang out without working out at all! We will have a babysitter at 9 AM for those who need to bring your kids.
Our breakfast is being sponsored by CrossFit The Point and Clean Simple Eats! We appreciate our partners providing the pancakes, Orange Protein Drinks and Butters toppings! We will also have bacon and turkey bacon!
With this being a free workout for all and narrowing it down to 2 classes, we expect a big showing to both the 7 and 9 AM classes. So if you have a special pull-up bar that you just love, be sure to get here early and be willing to share a bit. This is a great opportunity for the AM and PM classes to come together and hang out and work. Be courteous to everyone who shows up and get to know someone new! Those longer bars can hold two people and the bars that go into the walls can be used for Pull-ups as well. I look forward to this being one of our biggest Memorial Day Murphs ever and I hope to see all of you there for it!
Strength Cycle
This week will be a break between strength cycles. So enjoy the break and get ready to take on the next cycle of Bench, Deadlift and Front Squats!
CrossFit Kids
Tuesday, the CrossFit Kids will be taking on their version of Murph and this will be the last CrossFit kids class until the Fall. During the summer we will have 3 separate full week camps for the kids. If you are interested in attending, please reach out or plan on coming one of the following weeks or all of them Monday-Friday at 11 AM:
June 12-16
July 17-21
August 14-18
We are also starting a teen class! This will be held 3 days a week starting June 5th!
Mondays @ 7
Wednesdays @ 7
Fridays @ 3
I am super excited to start this class and know that it can be so beneficial to those teens who are looking to take their sports to the next level or even those who are just looking for an activity to keep them healthy and active.
