The special comes to an end this Wednesday! If you have friends or family who expressed interest, Be sure to get them in asap! This is the best deal of the year and a great opportunity for new members to get a full 3 months to fall in love with what we do and to actually see the progress possible!
While the referrals have been light this year, I will definitely be sure to reward those of you who bring in new members.
Dexabody Seminar and Scan
We are having Dexabody come in next Monday night to talk about the Dexabody scan and answer questions from everyone. I will announce details next week on this. Then August 19th we will have them back for our Quarter 3 scan and Side Hustle competition. More on that in next week's spotlight.
Post WOD habits
I want to remind all of you to be sure to wipe down everything when you finish your workout. If you finish earlier than the rest of the class, stick around and cheer on your teammates. You know we all can use the encouragement.
When we leave the gym, all chalk should be removed from the barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-ups bars, bikes, etc. All sweat should be wiped down. It is not the responsibility of the class following your class to clean up after you. Please take care of your areas and the equipment that you use.
Vacation
I am going to be in Bear Lake this next week so you all behave! Our awesome team will take care of you but if you need anything, I am just an email or text away.
