Programming
Since we have been back on Mayhem, things have gotten tough. I figured out why and I want to relay this information over to you. I have been going off the athlete version of the Mayhem programming and plugging it into our Level Method and leveling it out myself. No matter how hard I tried, the time caps and weights always seemed off. So, I found the correct programming that fixes this dilemma and we will be rolling that out starting this coming week.
I have to apologize because honestly, your levels have not matched up to the levels I've been putting out there. When you were doing purple, most days you were really doing more of a brown level. So congratulations, you all have been leveling up without even knowing it!
So I am hoping this coming week and going forward the programming will better meet you at your level. Still a work in progress but I think this will be a big step in the right direction.
It's never fun to come in thinking you should be at a certain level and having the workout bury you. So I apologize for that but the bright side is, I bet you will kill your true levels going forward!
Holidays
The holiday season is upon us. Time to recommit and make the gym a priority. Over the past decade of being in the gym business, I have noticed a trend where during this season people take time off and lose what they have gained over the past year and have to restart come January. Don't let that be you this year. This is your chance to get ahead before 2023. Let's kill this final couple months of 2022.
