Thursday - Regular Morning and Noon. Evening 4 PM Only
Friday and Saturday - Normal
Coach Ashley's 6-week Nutrition Challenge and Dexabody Side Hustle
Dexabody van is coming on January 16th and we will be doing our Dexabody challenge to coincide with Ashley's nutrition challenge. More details will emerge soon along with the sign up link for the dexabody. It won't be necessary to sign up for dexabody to join her challenge but will be an additional challenge you can join.

Snowy Murph
It is my 14 year anniversary when I first completed Murph while deployed in Iraq.
It has become a CrossFit The Point tradition and I am excited to do it again with you all this coming Wednesday morning! We did it in the pouring rain and it looks like we may get a chance to do it in the snow this year!
New Year Goals
I would like to highlight any of you who checked off goals from this past year! Take a look at the board and check off what you accomplished before we erase it! We will then have a week to fill the board up for the upcoming year. Take a look at my spotlight from a couple weeks ago to get some advice on how to set goals for the upcoming year.
