Shirt update
I have good news and bad news. The shirts have arrived. The Murph shirts look amazing... The new CrossFit The Point shirts are once again flawed. This printer has been our printer for over 8 years and has never messed up like they have the last couple times. Could be a reason they are going out of business at the end of this month. For those who ordered a regular CFTP shirt, I will be refunding you but you are welcome to what you ordered... I will have the extras for sale below my cost at $10 so if you want this new design of "CrossFit THE PO INT" ( I MEAN COME ON PRINTER!)

Next Programming Cycles
Excited to get started on the next cycle! This week we are starting a 4 week block of movements on Monday and Friday with hang cleans and flipping the squats. We are using a posterior day as a reset week from the last 4 weeks of lunges and DB RDLs before we work into deadlifts and starting a new 6 week pressing phase that you will see on Tuesday! Excited for these new cycles.
