Dexabody Side Hustle Last Call

Level Method Testing

This week we begin our yearly testing! Every day this week we have at least one test. Check out the Chalk it Pro app to see the schedule.

Why is it important?

Just like the dexabody, the Level Method is a great test to check yourself. IT IS NOT A PUBLIC LEADERBOARD! It is a personal check for each athlete. The purpose behind the Level Method is to help us see where we are strong and where we have weaknesses when it comes to our overall fitness. It's an amazing tool to keep us motivated and pushing.

I want to emphasize this next part. I don't care if you know that you are not going to improve from last time. The point of testing regularly isn't to PR every time. It is to check for yourself where you are at in this moment in time. If you fail to match what you got last time, it is your choice to enter it into the app. Personally, I like the idea of entering it in every time I test so I know exactly where I stand at this moment in time.

I will compare it to my dexabody scan. Over the past 8 years, I have tested no matter what shape I was in. And because I did this, I have a map of my physical journey over the past 8 years as seen below:

Had I skipped a year or two because of the "I haven't improved" attitude then I would never be able to look back and see these graphs.

I understand there are certain tests that nobody wants to repeat... For me, it's the Kettlebell assessment. But I want to challenge you as I challenge myself to repeat every test that you can each time we test.

Tests are meant to make us uncomfortable and challenge us.

New to the Level Method Assessment?

If you haven't tested yet... These next three weeks are your chance to get all of your assessments completed!

What do you get when you complete your assessments?

The number 1 thing you get when you complete your assessments is that within your app you will be able to view your level each and every day to help you assess which level you should do for that particular day.

When you finish your 15th assessment, you will receive an overall level based off your weaknesses. When you receive this overall level, you will receive a shirt for free in the level you have accomplished. If you move levels, you will receive a new shirt. Each time you level up, I will give you a shirt to celebrate your accomplishment!

How do you enter your level in the app?

Conclusion

This level method is really cool and can really be helpful in our fitness journeys. We are all at different spots and have different strengths and weaknesses. It is essential if we are going to improve our health and wellness that we know where we are starting and have data to help us get to where we are going.
