Level Method Assessments
I hope you all enjoyed the first week of assessments. I did. Personally got some level ups and some that I didn't but all in all a good week. We have 2 more weeks of these assessments. You will notice that we repeat each assessment again in the next two weeks. If you have already completed the assessment, there will always be an alternate WOD that you can complete that day. So still come in and get your WOD on.
On the assessment note. I saw some of you down about your performance. Don't be. The whole purpose of these assessment is to assess where we are. It is almost impossible to always be improving in every single area of fitness. We are constantly going through different cycles and this will raise our levels at different rates. So give yourself a break. Do the best you can and go from there.
Also a side note, I am aware of some of you not getting your level method updated in the system (I am one of them as well). I have contacted Level Method and I will figure it out asap.
Upcoming Vogl Challenges
We had our Coaches meeting yesterday and we have decided to begin a side challenge presented by the Vogls. This may run weekly or monthly depending on what the different challenges may be. Keep your eyes open for these challenges to begin soon.
Goal Setting Sessions
After we complete these final assessments, I want to sit down with as many of you as possible. This will be included as part of the unlimited membership and I want you to be looking out for the signup sheet coming soon and hopefully I can get a chance to sit down and talk with all of you on a regular basis.
Salute The Point Promotion
As a reminder, if you signed up for the 3 month promotion, on your 3 month date, you will be enrolled into the month to month unlimited plan. Just want to make you all aware as we had a few of you sign up early in June and your 3 month date will be coming up here in September.

Final Thoughts
Don't forget to enter your assessments into the correct spot on your chalk it app. I will be drawing a winner in a couple of weeks from the pool of people who have entered all of their assessments.
It's important for us to assess ourselves periodically. Keep your head up and keep grinding. If you spot a weakness, take the time to develop a plan to conquer it but don't let it get you down. Weaknesses keep us hungry for improvement and can be a great motivator.
